When Indian Creek Sports first began, I was the only employee. I had to be able to multi-task quickly. Then I
realized that I couldn't do it all. I hired a mechanic to work on the ATV's and I worked on the boats. Again as the
company was growing, it began clear once again, that we needed to hire a full-time service manager. Although we are still
a small company, we currently have 2 full-time mechanics, besides myself who handles most of the sales, a full-time upholstery
employee, and a full-time bookkeeper. We plan to hire one more mechanic to help with the ATV service. We also generally
hire 1 or 2 part-time employees in the summer to help with the odds and ends. That's a big improvement from the days when
I had to do it all.......
