When Indian Creek Sports first began, I was the only employee. I had to be able to multi-task
quickly and soon realized that I couldn't do it all. I hired a mechanic to work on the ATV's and I worked on the boats.
Again as the company was growing, it began clear once again, that we needed to hire a full-time service manager. Although
we are still a small company, we currently have 4 full-time mechanics, besides myself who handles most of the sales,
part-time ATV mechanic, a full-time upholstery employee, a full-time bookkeeper and a part-time facility maintenance employee,
who has his hands full just cleaning up after me. That's a big improvement from the days when I had to do it all.......
